1) All items are "no transfer". So refunding or exchanging is NOT possible. Please try a demo first and be careful before you purchase.

2) If you have a failed transaction, you can use our redelivery terminal that located in the main store. For the items that you didn't buy from main store, please send me a notecard INCLUDING YOUR TRANSACTION DETAILS.
For duplicate purchases also send me your transaction info please.

3) No custom modifications.
